Comfortable and ideal hotel, helpful staff, loved the handy location short walk to the center of the town, Loughborough for the steam train murder mystery experience and Boutique B&B great Italian Restaurant.

Nice place to stay in Loughborough, if compared to other hotels. The guest room was immaculate with a double bed and the location was great. The staff were nice and provided exceptional service.

I had a truly exceptional stay at a beautiful period room in Caravelli. The decor and fittings were tasteful, and the four poster bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. I can confidently say that the price charged for the luxury experience was well worth it. I will definitely return and might even try out the restaurant next time! The location was also very convenient for me.

The Caravelli is an excellent Italian restaurant that has high quality accommodation. In that sense it is not a hotel. Where it compensates is in the level of service, hospitality and quality of the food. We dined in the restaurant on the Monday evening where they have special promotions. Less than £20 per head for two courses including wine was great value. We stayed in the Beaumont Room (a double deluxe room), it is large and well presented with the standalone bath in the room behind a screen. It shouldn't work but it does! As parking is limited, I strongly recommend reserving this in advance; we had place and did not have any problems. Overall, an excellent venue and great value.

The staff were very welcoming & friendly, the room was comfortable & cosy. The restuarant downstairs was excellent & good value for money. I would stay there again without hesitation & I highly rcommend it.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, especially considering the spacious and beautifully decorated room with a comfortable four poster bed. The location was convenient, right in the city center and close to the train station. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast menu could be improved by ensuring that the bacon sandwiches are served hot and by providing a larger selection of cereals, milk, and tea.

I had a deluxe king room and it was immaculate with four poster bed, the fan, for instance. A shower and a hair dryer were available there. Enjoyed the location in quaint area close to town.
